Almost monthly new advertising media and formats emerge, and it’s unclear – of course – when and if they become relevant for the touchpoints in your communication strategy. It is of prime importance for us and the business of our clients that we monitor, understand and react properly to the change. The impact on the target group’s behavior needs to be identified and we need to react to it with the right strategy and tactics.

On average, every human has about 500 touchpoints with advertising media daily. His professional and private worlds blend and form a network of possible touchpoints. For a successful communication targeted questions are decisive, like: Where does the individual customer seek for inspiration and solutions? What attracts his attention and when?
